Teens from Philadelphia high schools who have STAMP passes receive free admission to a selection of the city’s top museums and cultural sites, including the Academy.
The Academy proudly participates in the Museums for All Program and the Art-Reach ACCESS Program. Pennsylvania ACCESS/EBT/SNAP Cardholders and Art-Reach ACCESS Cardholders may receive $2 admission for the cardholder and up to 3 guests. ACCESS admission is available during regular museum hours and may not be combined with other offers. Visitors must show their ACCESS Card and valid photo ID.
$10 admission days offer full access to the museum, from signature galleries to rotating special exhibits. These events also often include hands-on demonstrations, interactive learning and chances for guests of all ages to discover science, stories and natural wonders that shape our world.
The Academy of Natural Sciences is located at the corner of 19th Street and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
Three SEPTA bus routes run within a block of the Academy. Southbound Routes 32 and 33 use 19th Street. Northbound Route 32 uses 18th Street, while Northbound Route 33 uses 20th Street. Route 38 uses 20th Street in both directions. In addition, Westbound Route 48 uses Arch Street, while several Subway-Surface Trolleys and the Market-Frankford Line run under Market Street. Suburban Station is the closest regional rail station.

Visitors traveling on US Route 76 should take US Route 676 East and take the first exit onto Winter Street to Logan Circle. (Please note that this exit appears almost immediately after you merge onto US Route 676.) Those traveling west on US Route 676 should exit at 22nd Street and turn right onto the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and proceed to Logan Circle.
There is metered parking near the Academy, some of which is free on Sunday (look for the signs that say “Except Sunday”). For more information about street parking, visit the Philadelphia Parking Authority's website.

All kids 12 and under can become members of the newly redesigned Kids Club. The Kids Club is a free collect-and-earn stamp program that encourages families to explore the museum together, participate in activities and learn something new about our natural world.
Parents and guardians may register their children for the Kids Club by clicking the register button below, or on your next visit to the museum, stop by any of our admissions desks to register in person.
If you are currently a member of our previous Kids Club, please bring in your old stamp card to transfer your stamps to the new version. If you need to update your email address, please contact us at membership@ansp.org or call 215-299-1022.
After receiving your Kids Club card, you can visit any of our “Stamp Stations” to participate in an activity and receive one of eight stamps inspired by our world-renowned collections. Once you receive all eight stamps, take your card to the Parkway admissions desk (next to the Academy Shop) to redeem it for a prize.
