Dinosaurs, dioramas, discoveries! Celebrate the Academy’s distinction as America’s first scientific society dedicated to natural history as part of the city-wide 52 Weeks of Firsts series.

Enjoy pay-what-you-wish admission to the Academy all day, and stop by between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to celebrate collections and scientific exploration that still spark wonder after more than two centuries! Enjoy special programming as part of the Firstival and visit the giant #1 sculpture created especially for the Academy by artist Ibi Padron Venegas along with Mural Arts Philadelphia.
