Take a break from your desk and reconnect with the natural world—right in the middle of your workday. Join us for Nature at Noon, a new series of accessible lunchtime nature outings in and around Center City Philadelphia.
For this one-hour outing, we will meet at noon at the corner of 25th St. and Manning St. by the entrance of the Community Garden, or you can plug this location into your map (39.94939262124482, -75.18114433097993).

Access Features
- Surface/Terrain: The park surface is composed of paved path, loose brick sections, grassy areas, and a paved ramp connecting to the Schuylkill River Trail. The ramp to the Schuylkill Banks Trail overlooking the dog park has a grade that is considerably steep for mobility.
- Public Bathrooms and water fountains located at Markward Recreation Center at 400 S LeCount St, Philadelphia, PA 19146.
- The area features some tree canopy shade and offers ample benches.
- Parking: Free two-hour parking is available along 25th St. and surrounding side streets. 2 Disability Parking spots are available near the intersection with Manning St.
- Public Transportation: Bus Route 7 (take to 23rd and Spruce St.), Bus Route 40 (take to 26th St. and Lombard St.)
