Are you looking for a supportive community of peers who will read your short fiction and offer constructive feedback? Novelist Nomi Eve guides participants towards the creation of impactful fiction.

  • Students' short fiction forms the basis of weekly discussions.
  • Teacher supplies weekly writing prompts. Workshop participants do not have to use the prompts. Prompts are intended to support, not replace students’ own creative process.
  • Participants can hand in between 500 words - 8 pages double-spaced. Micro-fiction submissions of 500 words (or less) are fine. The higher word limit is only there for students who are itching to write and workshop something longer.

Each student is guaranteed to be workshopped 3 times during the course, but if pieces are shorter, students will get critiqued more often. Instructor will comment on and offer constructive critique all student efforts.
