Collector, living in Flushing, New York, who exchanged and purchased specimens of Lepidoptera. Some lists are from W. T. M. Forbes and P. P. Babiy giving collection data from the Guianas and West Indies. A paper written by R. C. Williams and E. L. Bell in typescript accompanies the lists. Letters written by Bell to R. C. Williams make up the major part of the collection, that is 328 items. Estimating that 100 answers by Williams are included, the total is only about 100 more than the letters written by Bell.
