Correspondence with Frank Morton Jones, regarding the identifications of Lepidoptera from Martha's Vineyard. Most of the letters are carbon typescripts or ribbon copies, only a few are of a holograph character. Of the 31 pieces, 14 letters are signed by Place, while 10 are from Jones. Seven news clippings about Place complete the file. Included are two lists of Lepidoptera, “Recorded by Wm.
