The Manual of Conchology was published in two series, the first of 17 volumes, the second of 28, by the Conchological Section of the Academy, under the direction of George W. Tryon, Jr. and later under H. A. Pilsbry. This collection contains correspondence, subscribers' lists, bills (engravers, binders, and printers), annual reports of the treasurer of the manual, other reports and memoranda.
