McDermott, retired entomologist, investigator of fireflies, resident of Wilmington and member of the Society of Natural History of Delaware was asked as a great personal friend of Jones, to prepare this paper for publication in Entomological News in celebration of Dr. Jones' ninetieth birthday. He would not agree to its publication so the article is being held-perhaps to be published later.
