Ornithologist, mammalogist and assistant curator of the Academy from 1920 to 1942, and a three-time president of the Delaware Valley Ornithological Club, Huber was also a staff member of the Wistar Institute of Philadelphia, where he assisted in making anatomical preparations. An enthusiastic collector and field man, he excelled in photographing birds and mammals in their native haunts. His discourses concern the wild life he encountered on his expeditions to Nicaragua in 1921, to Utah in 1927, and to many local areas in Cape May County, N. J. and Chester County, Pa.
